Tiffany Theriault

Bio:

Tiffany Theriault joined Apollo Global Management in 2021 where she is a Managing Director on the Real Estate Credit team. She is responsible for originating and structuring commercial real estate mortgage and mezzanine loans on behalf of Apollo’s permanent capital vehicles and managed funds. Prior to joining Apollo, Tiffany spent 10 years at Goldman Sachs in the Real Estate Financing Group where she was the co-head of large loan originations. Tiffany is the course lead for Intro to Commercial Real Estate Investing for the undergraduate business school at the College of William & Mary and is a member of the Education Committee of Commercial Real Estate Finance Council. Tiffany serves on the board of directors of Creative Art Works, a nonprofit focused on providing youth art programs to underserved communities in New York City and serves on the advisory council for the Grace Institute, a workforce training and job placement program for the women of New York City. Tiffany graduated summa cum laude from the College of William & Mary with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance in 2010.

Gracie Bakst

Bio:

Gracie Bakst is a Principal on KKR’s Real Estate Credit Securities team and has over five years of experience underwriting and investing across investment grade, deep credit and risk retention securities on Conduit and Single Asset Single Borrower ("SASB") CMBS transactions. Gracie is part of KKR's Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities ("CMBS") trading desk specializing in conduit and SASB credit investing across investment grade and below investment grade bonds. Before joining KKR, Gracie worked at Goldman Sachs in the Real Estate Financing Group where she focused on originating and structuring first mortgage loans. Gracie graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance in 2020.

Elie Genatt

Bio:

Elie joined Apollo Global Management in 2024 where she is an Analyst on the Real Estate Credit team. Elie focuses on originating and structuring fixed and floating rate mortgage and mezzanine loans on behalf of all of Apollo’s real estate credit vehicles including Athene, Apollo Commercial Real Estate Finance, Inc. and Apollo Realty Income Solutions. Elie also serves as a council member of the Duke Program in American Grand Strategy. Elie Graduated from Duke in 2024 with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy, a Minor in Political Science and a Certificate in Markets and Management.
